Lori W. Allen has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She has served as an Executive Director of Profitable Practice Strategies since 1995. She acts as a practice management and profitability consultant providing her guidance, counseling, and development expertise to the medical and legal practices nationally and internationally.
She has consulted for over 150 practices and teaches seminars throughout the United States. Her current projects include the management, development, and expansion of physical medicine facilities, occupational medicine, and alternative medicine facilities as well as corporate law firms.
Her success as a consultant has resulted in Lori's 2002 nomination for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and her 2003 status as a finalist. She has been a guest speaker at the University of Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University, speaking on entrepreneurship and what it takes to be successful in today's competitive business world.
Lori is the founder and President of Partners In Wellness, a Pittsburgh-based corporate wellness company. She has served as a Board Trustee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since 1994 and also served as a mentor for Big Brothers & Big Sisters for 14 years. From 1990 to 1995, she served as President of Med-Pro International, coordinating medical services for the Saudi Arabian Embassy. Lori currently divides her time between her Pittsburgh and San Diego offices to keep up with the demand for her services.

Lori was a competitive cheerleading and dance team coach and currently judges local beauty pageants. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ken and their two dogs Fernando, a Miniature Pinscher, and Zoe, an Italian Greyhound. Lori loves gardening and decorating and brings her creative talents to her business.
